With the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification, Pangeanic is clearly positioning itself as a pioneer with regard to data and information security in the translation and NLP market.

It also reinforces the company’s internal data security processes for staff and communication to its clients, keeping data safe and separate. ISO 27001 also provides for levels of information inside Pangeanic so employees and teams have access to relevant data only when needed. This applies to job data, job management and any data generated as a result of a client’s order, whether machine translation, anonymisation services or human translation services.

Pangeanic is audited once a year for ISO/IEC 27001 compliance by a third-party accredited certification body (EQA), providing independent validation that security controls are in place and operating effectively.
